For the past decade, I’ve dedicated my time and effort to helping patients and therapists alleviate their physical and emotional pain, improve flexibility, and learn myofascial self-care techniques that could be done at home.

Unlike most therapists I encounter, I actually started my Myofascial journey as a patient first.  I recognized very quickly that I needed to do my own self-care in between appointments so my body could heal much faster than it would if I relied on treatments from my therapist alone.  After all, I was bringing a life-time of trauma into the room that would take much longer to resolve if I wasn’t an active participant. 

As a therapist, it became very clear that the resources for education and training Myofascial Release self-care was extremely limited.  I am on a mission to help educate and empower patients and therapists alike, so they can be confident in their own knowledge and practice of myofascial self-care.
